Combat Arms Clean REZ Downloader with Updater!

Hello MPGH,

Well today I am releasing a program that I coded myself. It is a REZ File downloader with an auto-updater! I mostly made this since a lot of people have been asking for clean REZ files lately.

Features:
- Very simple and easy to understand GUI
- Download files with ease
- Automatically checks for updated files everytime the program is executed
- Updates everytime Nexon patches Combat Arms
- Option to scan files for virus after download

Anti-Leech Features:
- MPGH splashscreen at startup
- Label indicating it was made by me for this site
- Opens MPGH when program is closed

Minor Bugs:
- While downloading a file, the program will appear as if it is not responding. This is not the case. It is actually downloading. For proof, go to the "Downloaded REZ Files" folder and refresh the folder a few times. You will see that the filesize of the RAR increases, obviously indicating a download. Wait for a prompt to come up saying "Example.rar has finished downloading!" (See video)
NOTE: If you close the program before the "Download Completed" confirmation message, you will not have the entire file and you will have to re-download it.
- After MPGH splashscreen at execution, the message box disappears. Click the program in the taskbar to bring it back up.
- No way of knowing the percentage of download completion. I couldn't make a progress bar for it since it appears to "freeze" anyway.

How to use:
1. Click on the file you would like to download and wait for a confirmation message saying that the file downloaded successfully. As stated in the "Minor Bugs" section, it will look like the program is frozen while downloading. DO NOT CLOSE IT.
2. After downloading a file, you have the option to download another file or to close the program. If you choose to close the program, it will then ask if you want to scan the files for viruses. If you choose yes, the program will close and Virus Total and MPGH will open in your default browser. If you choose no, the program will close and only MPGH will open in your browser.

Yes, I know that auto-updaters are not allowed since I can spread a virus anytime I wanted. But I have never and would never release a virus on the internet. Nor would I release a program with a virus in it. This is coded by me 100%

If you still do not believe me, I will be willing to show you my VB source code of the project. If you want to see it, you will have to have over 500 posts or be an MPGH staff member. I don't want this being leeched.

I have also included THREE virus scans for this project. I really want this approved. It took me FIVE days of hard work to finish this.
