How to change War Rock weapon sounds (I bet Dave already knows how to) Sorry Repost
FIRSTLY LET ME APOLOGISE THAT THIS IS A DOUBLE THREAD RE-POST. I ACCIDENTLY POSTED THIS IN THE KOREAN VERSION. SOWWIII!!! IS IT POSSIBLE TO DELETE THREADS?
Hi !
Well, It may be on the Forum somewhere but I just discovered it now xD.
Please tell me if this is illegal etc in War Rock.
1. You download your desired sounds etc. I recommend CS:S sounds as they are good quality (www.fpsbanana.comⓘ > sounds > CS:S).
2. Once downloaded, you will have to rename the sound to WR_Fire
3. Go to War Rock > Sound > Weapon
4. Make sure you back up the entire Weapon sound folder if you do not like the sounds.
5.Overwrite / Delete the original WR_Fire sound file with your desired file.
6. Voila! you have your desired sound - now go pwn!!!
P.S. The PSG and M24 are the same things, PM me if you are having any diffuculties.

editing warrock files is illigal ^^
though, you should use own recorded files like "BOOM" or "BLERGHOOT"
and when you die "ZOMFGNOEEEZ".... etc.. but its not legal todo ^^ its copyrighted i guess..

apart from kiks and erm.. Realism? is ther NE point of changing the sounds.
eg i head shot sum guy and then hear him scream ''kjahbfgaiewufbhawibma hahaha' id crack up loling.

but so much is illigal , rules are there for broking!
i don't think its illegal because someone released a sound mod and i use it about 2 month and i don't get banned but his mod modify only the music game and the weapon icone.

First of all, this site is perfectly legal. We are well in the bounds of the US law (the only one that matters). 
And, no its not illegal to replace the music/sound effects, unless they are encrypted/zipped, because if you just replace there mp3 with your mp3, there is nothing illegal about it, but it is against the terms of service or whatever. Editing the file is against the rules (against Intellectual Property laws), but replacing isn't. =)

I'm doing this because I might release a Sound hack (make the footstep sounds REALLY loud
) + A really thorough sound-mod to add the 'oomph' to the guns
