im just wondering this because i know in america amazon leaves that shit on your front door and leaves, but in canada you have to sign for it...

No, Canadian Amazon is immune to refunding.
Amazon Canada you can SE from, its that its really hard and its impossible to double dip there.

Yes on Amazon.com with orders that ship to Canada, and on Amazon.ca as well. All orders still have to be sold or fulfilled by Amazon.
