MINION APPLYING!
If you want to be a minion you will have to wait until an application is posted!
Stop making threads about who should be minion.
All-In-All, Mods will decide the fate of who will be minion, and who will get the new mod position.

So please stop spamming the forum with your minion suggestions. Trust me the staff knows who should be and who should not. Don't let your post about these end up as a ban.

I will let you guys know when Mods decide and if i hear of anything about an application process coming i will inform you guys.

Thanks.
but i wanna be a minion

Are you joking me? Did you look at this morning? It was a mess and whitten had to clean it all up!

Are there any requirements for Minion rank?
Actual requriements: no. But think logically. You have to be well respected, know the rules, be helpful. Everything a minion should be able to do. Oh and usually famous. Though becuz I never venture out of CA section people rarely know me.
the only requirement that minion-fo has is stay active, be helpful, and keep the site clean.

Whitten please correct me if I'm wrong, but minion is a RATHER easy job it seems.
Being given the power to close threads and approve attachments is a responsibility.
All you have to do is know the rules and help as much as you can.
If someone asks a question, and people are flaming him for "being a noob", the right thing to do would be to refer them to the correct section/give them the answer they need and politley close the thread once you know they have had the help they came for.
It's not hard. Lot's of past minions probably wouldn't have had this issue if they would just help in every thread they power-happily closed.
But in another way, Minion IS a hard job, for those who don't have the maturity, patience, and responsibility to handle it. Am I correct? Just wondering if I have the right idea...

BTW I congragulate you on not getting powerhappy and immature.

Yes it is so easy. You get a couple hundred flame threads and control the most retarded section in all of MPGH. Very easy...

Yes help all those who advertised their site and begged for hacks and broke the rules.

Yes it is real easy to reffer five thousand choobs to the correct section.

haha you you are right!
pretty much it's an easy job.
the only reason its getting tough atm is because im the only minion, with no mod...
but yeah it's fairly easy once you get passed getting called every name in the book, getting virus' from testing bullshit hacks, and trying to make everyone happy.

Hmmm. Figured as much. Jw.

And User1, there you have it, STRAIGHT from a minion how easy it is.
You say it's not, yet your not a minion....
thanks for telling them whitten they wouldent listen to me
This is why on every site I've ran or been a part of staff on we have had the rule: "If you ask for staff, you will never get it."
Are there post requirements for minion force or moderator?
I can relate to you my friend, I was a global moderator on a RuneScape Private Server site and with a userbase with upwards of 500k members all of which are between the age of 10 and 13 things can get very annoying. I hope that someone who can handle the pressure and act responsibly gets the position(s) and really make this place look more professional by guiding the users to follow the right procedures.
