[Release] Universal Crosshairs~!

This does NOT work ALL the time.
It if doesn't work for you, try changing resolution of combat arms..
If I can find one, I'll get a fix for it..
These can't be patched at all as well.

2 of them are kinda dogdy, I didn't finish them properly >.< I stuffed up when saving it..

I use that too.
These only work for me on like this 1200+ resolution x 1000+ resolution.
And I got 1024 x 786 or something ><

they are very easy to make and it helps with guns that dont have crosshairs
