Giving back?
TLDR: Do a good deed on Christmas day.

Hey guys,

Christmas time is all about giving, right? I'm expecting a few negative responses to this but please hear me out
I was just at a big social gathering type of deal for Christmas eve, and the speech given prompted that everyone at the event give something back on Christmas day - whether it be to a family member, friend or someone less fortunate than you (anyone). I want to follow through with that.

I'm not saying we should all put money in and donate to a cause - although this would be ideal, it's problematic and unlikely to work. But, as individuals we can still give something back on Christmas day. So my request is that you just take a few moments out of your day this Christmas, even if it's just to put a smile on someone's face, and give back. It's not too hard, and I'm personally a believer in that these small actions count.

I don't want this to turn into a deep, philosophical matter but just something quite simple.
Feel free to share a positive action from the day - or if not, something you've done this year.

I'll start - this year I managed to raise $50 USD solely on the Internet to go towards the American Red Cross, which isn't bad considering I'm 16 (please keep in mind this isn't a boasting contest, just being open).

This could be a complete failure, but I gave it a shot.

Merry Christmas everyone!

If I give the money to a prostitute does it still count?

Fair enough, just help someone out then
I donated $5 to a homeless guy to suck my dick
Well done mate for your kind actions. Some people are stingy as fuck when it comes to these things but I don't blame them as there's been many
'charities' that take the money and put it to use in another way than we're told. But you're right. Money doesn't have to be involved. People should do something nice for one another even if it's small

Merry Christmas

I like that way of thinking, have a good day anyway
And technically I did say:

So he's fine
Good job, dude.

I (personally) don't think good deeds should be tied to a specific date. Give when you can.
