o_o mines in the water isn't all that new, but here's how it happens.
You stand near the water with mines equipped.
You throw the mines down into the water.
Hopefully you die or hide somewhere and hit a zombie as it swims.

That means nothing a person just put a mine in the water
when people throw them in, they just float to the top...thats what you saw. no big deal
