A question about "Tapping"

when u tap it obviously stops the internet ingame i have done it once with a program i think User1 made im not sure if it was him who made it but any ways when u tap it stops the internet and everyone stops moving all of a sudden the when i shoot at them and throw my nades i get no kills and i dont kill anyone!!

How do i tap corectly

P.S if you dont mind could you PM me how to do it a better way and please dont say read the tuts because i all ready did

once you shoot people you have to reconnect your internet, then when people start moving again everyone one you shot dies all at once

yep also if you reconnect and u still dont get kills, thats because the people died when u were tapping
