i got the same problem, don't think its deleted because a 1000 other people are having the same problem on kabams forums
Try muledump.
If you didnt modified muledump it stills connect to the old database and you can see if your "old account" is fine
try making a new account on the email.

It has nothing to do with caps. It's has all to do with Kabam's servers and how overloaded they are with people migrating all of their mules and such. If you're lucky and/or persistent, it'll end up working.
for me it says invalid password
I think the email you have to type for the new server is case sensitive. Meaning if you typed in your email like this when you first signed up: ThisIsMyemail@example.com, and you type it as thisismyemail@example.com when you try to log in, you will get incorrect password and unrecognized emails errors. Some people are fixing the problem by capitalizing the first letter of their email. I managed to get it to work on a mule that had 2 caps in the email. I had to have both caps for it to be recognized as all lower case wouldn't work.
If it is a case sensitive issue, I expect kabam to fix it soon since it's an easy fix.

That may be true, it wasn't recognizing my mail earlier today, by using the one i wrote in muledump (the one I used to sign up) it worked. It had some upper case characters the other one did not have.
