first check if you are not banned 
for example - give us what MuleDump says about your account

I'm not banned, I can play regularly in browser and on the non-hacked swf (in browser tho)

My account is not shared, I am the only one with access to it

only 2 things can do this,
1. you're banned qq.
2. someone is on your account.

Redownload the client? use another one? There isn't much to explain this, cause when I first received this I was banned then later unbanned

tried redownloading, didn't work, tried making one with orape, didn't work. and when I look at Realmeye, or reload Muledump, it says that the account isn't in use so nobody has my account.
/Fixed, I ran CCcleaner and it worked afterwords! @Color close thread please
