What he means is the current extension for the file is ".net" and not ".dmbot" So it will not work. You simply have to add ".dmbot" to the file name. Then rescan and reupload.

I know it's a small thing but then the virus scans wouldn't match the file, changing the file extension changes how the file operates. We require the virus scans to match the file here.
