By sending your payment to Brugam3s AKA Communitychillzone@gmail.com and or Matthewchillzone@gmail.com YOU Agree to take full responsibility of reading the ToS and understanding it completely.
If your account is banned please notify Internal Affairs of this incident. We do not offer any type of refunds.
If you buy a boost service you must wait a total of one full day before you're able to request a refund for not recieving your paid product.
If you request a boost service from Renewed Hope you must pay to Communitychillzone@gmail.com or our secondary email Matthewchillzone@gmail.com.
If you pay for a boost service and a booster or staff disappears please contact us through our main email "Communitychillzone@gmail.com". You must wait a total of one day before requesting a refund.
If you request the account is ranked before you pay over 3 times you're temp banned one day as we do not offer our services before payment.
If you're to scam the Booster or any staff member it is a permanent ban from every service Brugam3s Spawning Service offers.
If a staff member gives you a PayPal that is not CommunityChilLZone@gmail.com/Mathewchillzone@gmail.com you're to report him/she. If you send money to so said email then it is on you for not reading what information you were provided with. ( NO STAFF WILL DO THIS BUT IT IS A WARNING )
If you give your credit card or PayPal login to a staff member it is on you for anything that happens to your accounts.
If you constantly message/spam a staff member over the limit of any kind you will receive a one day ban.
If customer has recieved the appropriate wins he/she paid for there will be no refunds.
If you cancel your PayPal money sent to CommunityChillZone@gmail.com/Matthewchillzone@gmail.com as a chargeback attempt you will be permanent banned and have all of your accounts reported to the appropriate websites including your PayPal.
If you try to lower the amount of money one service cost over 2 warnings you will be temp banned for two days. A Head Admin or Server Admin/Owner must give the staff member and you the ok if changing the price to so called service is ok or not.
If you use CS:GO skins to pay you get the money cut in half. EX: say you have a $5.00 skin it is worth $2.50.
If you're scammed within Renewed Hope you must contact Internal Affairs and talk to them about your situation. Valid proof must be shown and the staff members name.
If you're banned from the game you take full responsibility for the ban and or loss of items. The responsibility falls completely upon you.
If you request a refund it must be taken up and completed through Internal Affairs.
Internal Affairs has the last say in any disputes.
