It depends what kind of mode I do.
I try and get a few deaths to make it less obvious that I hack.
You can also press F7 + F8 to team swap to vote against yourself if anyone tries to kick you.
And avoid holding down the left mouse button when shooting as it recoils and may either get a headshot or completely miss.
If your targets are far and you are aimbotting them (it aims at the pelvis) then burst fire, which means clicking, stopping, then clicking again, every 3-5 bullets.
