Artists looking to work on some commissions with me [Paid Work]

I'm looking for some artists to help me with a pile of commission work I have to do ranging form Background designs, colouring, comic pages, SFW and NSFW pieces. You will be paid pretty handsomely for each peace you complete at a 80/20 rate meaning ill will get 20% of what the commission will cost if your interested please use this format

And include a 2 works of art you have done before (Pictures of works you've done on paper are not acceptable)

to give you an idea of what you will be earning some of my rates are
$10 ($20 for NSFW) Sketch (I get between (3-4 a week)
$25 ($35 for NSFW) full colour and shading etc (2-3 a week)
$50 ($60 for NSFW) speed art and sketch files plus a promise we will NEVER realise your work to the public and you have all rights (1 a week)

all before deduction of 20%

Half of all my work load is going to be handed over to you and if i get multiple people I will increase advertising of my service whereas I previously couldn't (even here on MPGH)

Considering my paypal is off, my credit card wont work online I have no means to receive money and/or make use of it.
