Cooldowns for 21hours?

so basically i've played about 7 competiteve games, lost 2 won 5. omw to 10 wins.
the first time i had this cooldown i've moved from silvers, to MG, mg2, now i've got it again.. am i going up or down!? :/

It might be a temp cooldown since you are unranked

It is to stop people from boosting accounts in 24 hours and selling them.

i understand that, just seems like new comers might lose interest if they've gotta wait 5 days to play 2 games a day to be ranked
