Honestly, I was banned for a relative issue about 3 weeks ago. Maybe this may be a similar case?
I think he should provide proof he bought the account, as there is always the option that the IP may come from a VPN, as that was the reason I was banned.

Okay- the truth is, I did purchase the account but I did scam someone once. I'm really sorry for not coming out clean, and I'm also really sorry for scamming the guy. MPGH is awesome and I'd genuinely like to offer my services, even if I have to go first every time. I'm trying to get in touch with the victim and repay his $5, I hope that will make everything alright. In my defense, I was ten 
I know I am a new member but I think he should be unbanned. He sold me his pizza method for free and is letting me pay him back in 10 days.
$5... this can be refunded easily once he gets a hold of the victim.

I was in contact with artufe who is artux63 on Skype, but then my Skype crashed. It should be up and running in two hours, I have no access to it now. I have apologized to him and will transfer the money when my Skype is back up. I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused
