PayPal...

Ok, so I bought an account from a friend of mine, the account got recovered any my friend's paypal got limited, he told me to open a dispute and PayPal will give me the money back if he doesn't reply, well, I am pretty sure that it's the 27th of Feb in all of the US now, the dispute still says " Awaiting other party's response "

Happened to me too, it'll get resolved pretty soon. If you choose not to wait, just call them and tell them its the 27th and the seller failed to provide a comment/response. They probably won't ask any questions and they'll push the dispute in your favor.
