Like If I buy GTA V from amazon redeem the code and start playing, I wonder if I get can a refund from Amazon, maybe they dont check if the user actived the key?

Don't refund activation codes, for most cases like xbox live/psn if you want to refund do it before you redeem the code, since they tend to check whether the code was redeemed or not.
