If you really want to get started with hacking, first you need to start with programming. Since you're in the C# thread, I'll recommend Head First C# by O'Reilly Media. It's a book, you can get digital copies of it online though. Otherwise, look at some tuts online and start questioning everything. Use MSDN forums for just general programming. Once you're up to speed with just general coding, then you can start looking into editing memory addresses using offsets and the suchlike, which is what basic memory hacking involves. From there you should be able to find your own way :P
