Seraph's Dominion help

Hey guys i'm like probably retarded or something because I can't get anything to work, I'm trying to get Seraph's Dominion to work and it works good until when i go to servers there isn't any just the best server option and when i try to register it says Internal Server Error please help me and please actually help me

Use xampp... I post a step by step in the tutorial section.

I know im so stupid do i have to worry about the server thing ?

Well Felix, you should check if you don't have multiple instances of SQL running.

ehh i got lazy with the marking out lol and yeah no more than 1 mysql servers up and still giving me the same error .
