Geek Squad Sucks - Petition

I took my computer there to replace a spacebar on my laptop. Magically they say they need to reformat my computer. Fail.

Another time I wanted a Verizon Wireless Stick instead of using a router. Yep they screwed that up to. Got me 4 activation fees instead of one.

Online petitions are useless. Has anybody ever looked at an online petition, and gone, "Oh. i guess we do suck. we should hire better people."

how hard is it to install your own speakers, your own router, buy replacement parts for your keyboard and click them into place?

They don't even have any required certifications..
I think they use a fricking diagnostic CD >_>

I never said that I needed speakers installed. My problem was that I needed a new laptop keyboard because the hinges broke off the spacebar and was un-repairable. Magically they say they need to reformat.

I was just stating the fact they charge 20 dollars to install speakers,and I added a story about going there.

Idfk. I just called to see if they got it back yet, (Yeah they couldn't just order the keyboard) and they asked for my password. I'm like why? They said they need to reformat my computer.

When I got it back I checked the Model # of the Keyboard and it was the same. They had no reason to re-format.
