1. Install Xciite in your Payday 2 .exe location by Steam.
[ ...Steam Library\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2 ]
2. Enter a lobby, with friends or randoms.
3. Buy the "COOK OFF" job from Bain on Death Wish difficulty - It costs about 3 million each time.
4. When you spawn in run up to the last room in the main building and drop as many health/ammo bags for your teammates as possible.
5. Crouch in a corner or on top of the matress near the door.
6. Hold down F1 key for about 2 minutes.
7. Hold Tab and check your Payout. If it's at about 7.314.999.300$, then it's maxed out.
8. Press Insert to insta-win the game.
9. Each crew member gets about 7 Billion to off-shore and 2 Billion to spend.

This is best noticed on jobs that are multiple days, like the jevelary heist. The first day you spam diamonds and the second day you'll have a shitload of green bags dropped behind the van, even tho they didn't actually go in, they still counted.
Simply ignore any bag and do the thing.
About the video tutorial: I had a 2 day version from the free weekend, so my Payday stats are gone and I have no licence.

Using something like a DLC unlocker only tells other that you cheat, by putting a "Cheater" tag under your name, but it still doesn't ban you. << This mod doesn't do that, don't worry!
Something like unlocking levels or infamy isn't a big deal to them.
This game is a lot like Gotham City Impostors, where it was also possible to just level up your character, unlock everything, give money. They don't care, at least you're having fun with the game. The core gameplay doesn't really get affected by it, most stuff is still unlockable, half of which only by DLC.
