Minecraft Discussion Sub-Section

Normen & I have been talking via Skype. We were speaking of the idea of having a sub-section in the Minecraft Discussion section. This section would be for Minecraft Giveaways, such as Minecraft Alts. As many of you have seen THIS thread. Well, when people actually crack the Minecraft accounts and want to give them away here, they don't receive as much recognition as they would making a thread. If you used to be in the Minecraft Section a while back, MC giveaway threads were flooded in Discussions, that is why they made one thread to share them all. Now, there will be new rules to this subsection. The rules have not been spoken much, as the communities input is essential if this is to happen. The thoughts that came up were there is a big difference between posting alts and giving them away. An example of posting would be 5 leaked alts. An example of giving away would be 25 freshly cracked/bought minecraft alts. Please vote on this poll so we can see what the community thinks.

True, people used to giveaway craploads of alts but now no one really gives any away since they won't get as much attention.

I dont have a new one yet.

+1 for yes. I hated going to one thread because I had to click so many times (I know.. I'm lazy). I think a giveaway section in the general section will do well (and maybe make it so non-members can't view any threads?)

but we already have a giveaway section on mpgh.

i think its only going to damage mpgh because people will need to look thru each section to find giveaways and not simply the actual giveaway section

Could you vote No on the poll? I am not trying to be sarcastic or anything of that sort, just wanting everyone's opinion on this.

The giveaway subsection if created and given enough input by the community for be for giving away, not just plain out posting. I will move that sticky thread to that section (if created) for people plain out posting, more in depth giveaways like guess the number, stuff like that will be for a new thread in that section.

Not going to support this. When people hit discussions they instantly see "Free Minecraft Alts" at the very top in bold blue.

Unreasonable to have ANOTHER giveaway section.

agreed i wish they never changed the discussion section

Well then, if you want the giveaway section to be wide open, make the giveaway section's display order the first so it is at the top of all sub-sections and make it in the Minecraft section (not the discussion one)

Therefore users will find it the moment they stumble upon the Minecraft section
