That's a first. Kabam is legit the only worse support than Steam.
2/3 of my customer supports were in less than 36 hours.
The third one took... 2 weeks
But this is to resolve the problem. The third one was due to some game issue with my account and we had to go through a lot of log trackback etc as I randomly started losing items from my vault and I hadn't been hacked. According to Kabam, my account was glitched so badly that I lost almost everything in-game but in the database, that was not the case so my items were restored in 2 weeks xD
