Adderall or Vyvanse

Big calculus test coming up (taylor series)
I was thinking about taking Adderall or Vyvanse for the first time, was wondering which one was better, tips and tricks for using, things to watch out for, how long they last, and the crash/comedown/how bad it is.

I am most likely going to take it afterschool at 4:00PM to cram all night and have to take the test at 10:40AM(18hour difference) the next day.
What I'm mainly concerned about is the crash, would i study all night only to crash/be fatigued and be unable to focus during the test?

Adderall is better take 2 20's if you can if not take 1 40 and you will go for like 4 hours then you will crash and you will feel upset and thats when you will wanna go to sleep and then like an hour before your test take another one dont get addicted like i did you lose alot of weight and thats because you dont eat well your on it.

My test is at 10:40, but my school starts at 7:40 so im probably not going to be able to sleep that much
Is it good to take it 2 days in a row? my friend said that when he took it 2days in a row, the second day he didnt feel focused or energetic at all, he just couldnt sleep.
Also im a first timer, so is 40mg's good or a little too much?

My first time i did 2 40's lol and take a 20 your first day and then a 40 your second day that should work and your friend must have dont it alot then.

Your Welcome really though dont do it to much its not good for you. all my friends thought i was gonna kill my self at one point thats how much i did it.

Its nothing to worry about though if your only gonna do it a few times not to scare you or anything.

When you take adderall, start studying ASAP. I usually make the mistake of side tracking at first and end up wasting 5 hours of my life on Reddit or some dumb shit.

Ever try vyvanse? I heard it last longer and works better with no crash
