[IMPORTANT]New Vouch Rule
In order to prevent misleading vouches/reviews from members,

All members are REQUIRED to post proof that the User Service works when vouching.

Proof may contain:
-Email of confirmation(spotify premium, skype premium, etc)
-Paypal balances (payments/increases(private information can be blurred))
-Other methods/ways of proving the service works.

This may be an inconvenience, but it is to ensure that unsuspecting members do not engage in a bad service.
Keep in mind that this is not specific to vouch copies.
ALL vouches must follow this format/rule
All vouches that do not meet the requirements may be reported and will be deleted.

Would you prefer members to report or tag you or another minion/mod when a user does not follow this rule?

Either is fine, but i would prefer a mention.
Also i removed the exceptions because you cant really have a [READ ONLY] for a service

I awarded the donators and higher posters with a exemption because they tend to be a little more trusted than regular members with a few posts

I hope you mean long time donators/ members and not new donators that made their account 1-2 months ago lol.
Also, you won't be removing posts, (regular vouches from customers) who vouch BEFORE this was put into place, will you? That would be quite ridiculous.
