Speed hack is not hard to make, the only reason people dont make speed hacks is because it gets youu banned real fast so it is pretty much pointless. And a hack that gets you banned is not fun to use. I hope this helps you answer your own question.
My Cheat Engine is not working the Speed Hack function. Just do not know for what reason (Missing DLL DirectX or Windows 8 Operating System be) someone could test on Windows 7 this question for me?
