Game not responding

Ive looked through loads of different threads on steam support and different forums but I cant find a fix.

Since yesterdays 1/04/2015 update I have been unable to enter CSGO games, deathmatch, competetitive all of them. Its really frustrating as the game freezes on the map loading screen. If I leave it nothing will happen and if I look at my task manager I can see that it says csgo.exe is not responding.

I have tried lots of different fixes. Yes I do run as admin.

I cant think what to do... Any help appreciated
