Are there any working aimbots that aim at the head?

I was just wandering if there are cuz i have seen them on youtube.

do they still work or are they patched?

Not that I know of.
Use the search feature in blue near the top of the forum next time and search for key words like 'aimbot' but the recent hacks are normally on the front page, if there aren't, it means there are none.
