they are not hacking they are using cheat engine, which is a gay way to cheat
i will not post a full blown tutorial, figure it our yourself.

If you have the Donran Head Bullets u do 999999 damage

This is not even hard as kieron mentioned... All you have to do is decompile client and import a old VisiBullet Packet. Im not pretty sure HOW you co it but all you will have to do is find a old client and import Pictures from the current client so you can connect. This will feature that you can only take demage from ground but not monsters and other Things... ^^

Why is it so hard telling us how you actually have done it? Everyone that knows how to code knows how to cheat on a client, perhaps you dont? ^^
