Alright, this guy has a nice black batman like 2005 BMW 545i, he wants to trade it for my 2004 BMW 745li, the 545 has 158k miles and has the V6 while my 745 has the 4.4L V8 but 182k miles

I actually like how the car looks, but honestly don't know.. Give me your advice

As long as there isn't anything majorly wrong with it, I'd say go for it. Looks like a good deal to me. But as Subaru previously stated it will definitely cost you to maintain it.
