this is awesome

This works without car spawner/add money but this is awesome. This add you all weapons with railgun (1 shot in car and car are destroyed)/snowball/fireworks launcher... BUT you can play online without doing missions and mods (deatchmatch/racing etc. NOOOO!!!)

If this actually works, will we be able to add money?

You cant spawn cars add money or change skin the rest u can do like tp rocket from vehicle etc
