I have a noob question what are offsets?

GetActor=0x14020a030
BoneID=0x14140db60
SetAngles=0x14050da80
*Note* These offsets don't work a 100%. The radar still works and the text at the bottom that indicates the name and how far a person is still works other than that everything else is still broken. No aimbot, no esp.
