Hding edited .pbo files
Hey there,

I understand that the .pbo files are signed by a private key, of which the server ensures is correct using a public one, so that simply removing or editing them will not work anymore.

So I wanted to ask if anyone knew a work around.

Thus far after some time searching I have not found anything - since I want to do the classic 'hide trees' again.
Are there spoof .pbo files or a leak of the private key used to sign them floating about somewhere? I am skeptical of hacks which allow you to spawn things in like the .dll one provided here (www . mpgh.net /forum /showthread . php?t=939164so) I just want to stick to the basic.

If not then I guess I'll try my luck with a .dll injector.

Many thanks. Apologies for leeching.

Hilarious.

Yes, perhaps that wasn't the best title for the thread, but a .pbo hider only hides away your custom files.
Unless there is a .pbo which overrides the trees its useless for the application I am describing - editing or removing the trees but tricking the battleye scan into thinking they're still there.
oh u one of hexers just script the trees away e pz. orr just make a file named same name as the tree shit and then hide it = sloved uiheuheuhuhe
