this isn't really a hack but a glitch so
1) in hospital you have those 3ladders take the third ik the corner and pick your knife now stand in the corner aim to the ladder and pres "zd" and then you are in the wall
2)at some places you can run in the wall by pressing prtsc you also need to pick up your knife run to the wall en just before you hit it press prtsc by the lag of the screenshot you are in the wall

so i hope it work (srr for my bad english)
