#2 The internet was made in the late 1980s - early 1990s so its almost impossible for a "internet meme" to be 1000 years old #GetRektKid.
#3 Not a fake tweet I saw someone else with that picture as their signature and thought the same thing until I did some research by looking in my inbox of tweet notifications and saw the notification of this tweet from rockstar games proving to me it was legit (I follow and have notifications on for rockstar games).

#2 I mean for R* allowing easy shit like cheat engine whether it EVENTUALLY gets you a ban or not, this as a result of rushing GTA Vs release and not implementing proper a proper anti cheat for the game first.

What you can do is record in a program like FRAPS and export the clips into a video editor.
If you want just remove the watermark from video, you can use VideoCharge Studio software.
Using this you'll be able to crop or blur some area to remove watermark from 90% video files.
You can also remove watermark from video using VidCrop.
