7200RPM Overall decent build get a bigger Power supply for upgrades in the later future and also once again 7200RPM

No problem, in general the build looks solid, just need a small capacity SSD and your system will be really nice. I went from thinking I wouldn't need an SSD to the point where I can't stand using a standard hard drive PC.

You could have just bought an AMD 8 core processor for $150 then put more money into the motherboard

Curious to why you're getting a 4790 with only 8gb ram. For gaming a 4690k is better than a 4790 price/performance. Unless you do a lot of rendering or other cpu intensive work.
