    How do I boost my immune system?

    MY allergies are pissing me off. anyway to boost up my immune system? I have a healthy life style ( i guess), I workout for an hour a deal and my diet aint too bad, but this allergies havent gotten better since I was little..

    do as much drugs as you can.
    try to save money too, for dinner tonight, just eat from a dumpster behind a diner.
    dont waste tissues, just use already used ones, or even better, toilet paper from the trash can in your bathroom.
    turn the heat up as high as possible in your room.
    wear winter clothes.
    sit in room for approximately 37 minutes.
    go on your roof and do jumping jacks for approximately 12 minutes.
    put in a banana peel, used tissues, and a sock in a blender, drink that.

    I've allergies too and I take Aerius (pills) & Avamys (nasal spray).
    Anyways:
    • Don’t smoke.
    • Eat a diet high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and low in saturated fat.
    • Exercise regularly.
    • Maintain a healthy weight. @Dave84311 this also applies to you mate.
    • Control your blood pressure.
    • If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation.
    • Get adequate sleep.
    • Take steps to avoid infection, such as washing your hands frequently and cooking meats thoroughly.
