Yes, you can teleport wherever your crosshair is, when you have the map open you'll also teleport to where your cursor is

Its not been approved yet, so you cant download it yet.

You just open it up and the overlay will be there, make sure your game is in fullscreen windowed though!
Also read requirements tab!
