How do you compile stuff from pastebin

I have seen other people post hacks for gmod in pastebin but I have no idea how to get it working or what to do plz help

Download a compiler/interpreter, insert the code ( Depends on the language ) and run it for 1337 pay hax.

Yes I found one that compiles it to lua but I don't know what to do with it now, How do I make it a hack or make it work?

You paste it into for example visual studio, then you click DEBUG and Start without Debugging but If I were you I wouldn't do that, why? You probably don't know this language and you can run something you don't want(virusses).
