That sounds about right, call the cops, and have the supervisor arrested. If the cops don't do anything have the school shut down by going to Immigration services and go back to Canada like a man.

Call a passport program, get it canceled, then get a new one if all else fails. You're gonna have to go through the process again from the start, but there's always a solution. Get the authorities involved if things escalate and don't forget to whip out your phone and record vertically, then post it on YouTube.

Anyways, I'd suggest calling the cops also, he is literally keeping something you have ownership of against your will. A quick call to the cops should resolve this situation quickly.
