Level Hack???

Nope. Not possible. You could idle but that'l only get you kicked.

EDIT: actually it might be but I'm am super pretty sure it's handled server sided.

What kinda rage hacks do you recommend/ do you use? I've by far only used subtle hacks, so yea.

there is no real public rage hack but you can try boosting section might find a rage lobby to join (other hack & you win)

What if people report you? Couldn't you get banned from Overwatch or no because you have never played a competitive game because you need to be level 3.

There is no such thing as overwatch in casual. What happens is all the reports you get in casual stack up to mm. So just play legit on mm for a few days after.
