CA poorly optimized?
Is CA poorly optimized or is it just me? running on 1024x768 on low settings and i get around 40 fps, i saw a video from a CA player also having the same issue and he has a very good gaming PC

my specs:
intel i7-930 2.9 GHz
6GB 1600 ram
radeon r7 250
Your GPU isn't good at all. @victorx928

The HD 4870 I bought back in 2008 was as fast as yours. Get a faster card and you'll be fine.

Edit: if you haven't tried already, try playing in fullscreen mode. It uses a lot less resources. If it's still terrible, set your native res to 1024x768 and fs the game.

The thing is, this GPU can run black ops 1 maxed out no problem and the card i had before this one was horrible and it ran CA perfectly fine.

Then why would you conclude that CA isn't optimized... that is not logical. It's most likely a hardware issue. Maybe software if you're running Win8 cuz it sucks and is super buggy.

What i was trying to say was that Nexon did a patch and screwed something up, 1 month ago CA ran perfectly fine on my PC same hardware, no changes at all (i have win7 btw) and now it runs like crap, im not the only one having this issue as i stated the youtuber, that has an r9 290 gets low frames as well.

Dunno then. I've steered clear of AMD for the past few years (I used to only buy AMD gpus 5-10 yrs ago) because their hardware is super buggy now post-HD6000 series. But yea, could be a software conflict with the game and a driver or something. I'd try updating/downdating your gpu driver and see if one works better.
