trade ban
If you hack a account and trade the skins to another account, you get trade ban and items get returned. how do you avoid getting ban?

Before hacking on an account, transfer the items to another account to prevent them being locked(because of VAC/OW ban).
You only get a trade ban for scamming.

Never tried, but make a steam support ticket and tell them you bought the skins for money.
