I need help!

Can someone send me the csgo file please? my csgo is stuck at 100%

Go to Program Files(x86) -> Steam -> steamapps -> common and DELETE COMPLETELY the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Folder.
Then go to your Steam Library and right click on CSGO -> Delete Local Content...
Then redownload CSGO and it should be fixed!
