Is this a Problem with my comp?

Whenever there is a hack that involves perx for some reason when i go to put the hack inside perx (Example:TNT) a little pop up appears and says...You do not have permission to open this file..Im using Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit...And Yes i did run as admin

Any ideas?? Thanks

But it gives me themidia...Wont that hurt my comp?

Themedia protects source code. Kinda. Its perfectly fine

kk so it wont slow down my computer at all?

This is due to ur virus guard most common with avast and avg.
If avg do this
1.Components
2.Resident Sheild
3.Manage exceptions.
4.Add path find ur hack file add it as a path
5.Click apply and ok
and tadahh

And dont beleive when ppl say Turn Of Ur Virus Guard It doesnt work they just think it does but it doesnt with avg as far as i know
