I realized recently while playing in online, with my glitched gasmask that maybe someone out there has a menu that can add things to your character, such as duffel bags or the gas mask from the hazmat suits without doing glitching. Help would be appreciated lads.

Not a way of people customizing your character from them to you. Download a menu and do it yourself.

Could you direct me to a mod menu that can actually do that, I have a few menus installed and none of them do that sort of thing.
