Need help with steam support

Aye boiz, i was getting key logged alot before i download some antiviruses and stuff, so my steam acc got hacked, recovered it, got hacked again and i am trying to recover it again, steam support is taking too long so i had to wait alot, but the problem is, the guy who hacked my account used hacks in cs:Go and now if i recover the acc its gonna be vac banned and this is bullshit, i aint lying i dont use hacks, i never did, so can you guys help me what to tell them and how? they will probably say its your responsibility, but no its not, how is it my responsibility when i get hacked? so guys i really need help, i dont need any bullshit, idk if thats the right place to post tho sorry.

Well this isn't the case ik i got hacked, i mean i got vac banned and i didnt even use hacks on the account and is it possible to get unbanned?

It is impossible to get unbanned and yes you got hacked you downloaded something from a phishing link even without knowing maybe.

Stop it with excuses you hacked in CS:GO.

@Bodvar Thats not even fair, even if i am not the one who hacked? like they say its on my own responsibility but then when you get hacked you dont have access to the account anymore so its not in your responsibility right? someone got unbanned before, you can see him in reddit.

You're responsible for your account, even if it gets hacked.
