Discussion❓ Banned or What?

So I just this email from R* and the title said "Rockstar Games Violation Notification." Does that mean I'm banned the next time I'm logged in? I still have all my money. I haven't played GTA Online in weeks (stopped playing right after the update was released). I added my stats pics below, as well as the email I got.

Here's one of my mine I have on ICE. A steam I haven't used it since the banning started.
No Banned nor any auto rockstar messages.

I got that message too, but i didn't get banned, i got my money reset, even tho i hacked for my level, etc.

They let me keep my cars and rank.

Got the same message. Though can't check to see if im banned or not since rockstar service is down

Same mesage, money gone, but still go the online mode fine.

I have the same cancer message violation i did fucking nothing not even use mods , only tell people in session to go fuck themself and they reported me they resetted al my 13 million 1 hour after the the violation email.And dont check on social club there is the money from the last login you need to check it in game.

same here i got that message yesterday night and i had to play like 2weeks for sure. not banned but still flagged.

LOL f**k so i used to mod on my main I wouldnt ever spawn in cash or recovery after the first pc ban wave hit me after i noticed this stuff last weekend I uninstalled all my mods etc and logged in played for about a hour wasnt banned logged off after reading this stuff I logged back on my main just a couple minutes ago and it loaded fine so I alt f4ed because I was goona play some csgo and when I started reading the last page on this thread I got a email notification.

The last time I had a mod menu running was about 2 weeks before the ban waves started occuring and I never used recovery or anything just drifting and stuff, so wtf.

So I loaded it backup and got in a online session not banned at least yet and for some reason my moneys still theyre (only 3.5 million) I guess it takes them a few to actually remove it.

I just got this email and immediately logged on to see if I was banned and...nothing is different. Same money, same level, same cars, no cheater lobby. wtf? Are they just slow taking my stuff away or did they literally do nothing
